2026 Benelli Leoncino 500 Trail

The Leoncino 500 Trail is the more rugged version of the Leoncino: more upright, with greater ground clearance and a clear scrambler attitude without becoming a full adventure bike. The 500 cc twin responds cleanly, delivers strong midrange torque, and remains easy to control. The 19-inch front wheel provides neutral steering, stability in lean angles, and improved confidence on rough roads.

Direct competitors include Royal Enfield Bear 650, Honda NX 500, and Triumph Scrambler 400 X. The Bear is more classic and torquey but heavier. The Honda is highly capable on asphalt but less scrambler-focused. The Triumph is lighter and more playful but has less displacement.

Within the Benelli lineup, the Trail is the more rugged alternative to the road-focused Leoncino 500.
