The Beta Alp X is not a hardcore enduro but a deliberately lightweight crossover between scrambler and trail bike. In the city and on country roads, it feels neutral, agile, and surprisingly relaxed. The single-cylinder engine delivers smooth, controllable power that suits the approachable character and makes it easy for beginners to ride.

Off the pavement, the Alp X feels comfortable on gravel roads, farm tracks, and rough secondary routes. The upright ergonomics provide good control, and the suspension handles everyday bumps and light trail use effectively — as long as speeds remain moderate. For true enduro terrain, it lacks the wheel and tire focus of a dedicated off-road machine.

Compared to the Beta Alp 4.0, the Alp X is clearly more urban-oriented: smaller wheels, more road-focused tires, and a design with stronger emphasis on style. The Alp 4.0 remains more capable off-road, with better rolling characteristics and advantage on rough terrain.

Overall, the Alp X is a well-balanced motorcycle for commuters and weekend riders who want to combine style, simplicity, and light off-road capability.
