2026 Brough Superior SS 100

The Brough Superior SS 100 is not a motorcycle in the usual sense — it is a certified one-off. Each machine is hand-built in the Boxer Design workshop in Toulouse and individually configured to customer specifications. The 88° V-twin with 997 cc produces 73 kW (100 hp) and is supplied by Akira Engineering in Bayonne. The chassis combines a titanium frame with a Fior/Hossack double-wishbone front suspension made of magnesium-aluminum and titanium components, along with dual Öhlins rear shocks. The Beringer 4D four-disc braking system — four 230 mm discs at the front — is unique in the motorcycle world.

Anyone buying an SS 100 is not purchasing an everyday motorcycle: long build times, a five- to six-figure price range, and a limited production run of 300 units make that clear. In terms of riding dynamics, the SS 100 offers a classic, relaxed retro experience — not a superbike, but a rideable work of art with solid everyday usability. Added to that is the unmistakable aura of the original ridden by Lawrence of Arabia.
