2026 Ducati Multistrada V4 RS

The Multistrada V4 RS is the most extreme interpretation of the Multistrada concept. Its Desmosedici Stradale V4 produces 180 hp and delivers a more aggressive, high-revving character than the Granturismo engines. On the road, it feels highly precise and sporty, supported by Öhlins suspension and 17-inch wheels. Comfort and touring capability take a back seat to performance.

Compared to the V4 Pikes Peak, the RS focuses even more on performance, using the superbike engine and lightweight materials such as carbon and titanium.

Direct competitors are rare, with the BMW M 1000 XR or KTM 1290 Super Duke GT being the closest, though more conventional. The RS targets highly performance-focused riders with track ambitions.
