The CVO Street Glide ST is the sport-oriented Batwing version within the touring lineup. It features the Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output engine, titanium exhaust, fully adjustable suspension, and advanced electronics.

Competitors include the Indian Challenger Elite, BMW R 18 B, and the standard Street Glide. The Indian is more exclusive, the BMW more comfort-focused, and the standard model less performance-oriented.

Within the lineup, it is the most performance-focused Batwing touring model.
