2026 Indian Chief Bobber Dark Horse

The Chief Bobber Dark Horse is the bobber of the Chief family. Compared with the Chief Dark Horse, the differences lie in ergonomics, wheels, and visual treatment. The Bobber uses mini-ape handlebars, more forward-set foot controls, chopped fenders, and 16-inch wire-spoke wheels front and rear. A solo seat and 4-inch Ride Command display complete the look. Standard equipment includes ABS, riding modes, keyless ignition, USB and 12V power outlets, plus cylinder deactivation under light-load conditions.

Direct rivals include the Harley-Davidson Street Bob, BMW R 18, and Triumph Bonneville Bobber. The Harley is similarly stripped back. The BMW emphasizes its boxer concept and sheer mass, but looks less compact. The Triumph is stylistically very focused, but offers less displacement and fewer accessories.

Within Indian’s lineup, it is the bobber version of the Chief family, with revised ergonomics and styling but the same Thunderstroke engine.
