2026 KTM 1390 Super Adventure S

The 1390 Super Adventure S is KTM’s fast road-oriented travel enduro for riders who still want occasional gravel capability. The large V-twin delivers strong midrange torque, responds instantly, and remains impressively composed even at high speeds.

On the road, the S impresses with precise turn-in, strong braking stability, and a semi-active suspension that offers an unusually wide range between comfort and control.

Compared to the BMW R 1300 GS, Ducati Multistrada V4, or Triumph Tiger 1200, the KTM focuses more on raw performance and sportiness, though it feels firmer and more demanding.

Within the Super Adventure lineup, the S is clearly the road-biased choice with 19/17 wheels and less suspension travel than the R. Compared to the S Evo, it lacks the automated transmission and the additional comfort-focused technology.
