2026 KTM 790 Adventure

The 790 Adventure is KTM’s accessible entry into the larger adventure segment: easier to manage than the flagship models but still a true travel enduro with a well-rounded electronics package. The 799 cc parallel twin delivers 95 hp, responds cleanly, and impresses with strong midrange flexibility.

On the road, the 790 feels neutral and stable, with the 21-inch front wheel providing confidence without sacrificing too much agility. Off-road, the WP APEX suspension handles gravel and light trails well, though it lacks the reserves of the more extreme R models at higher speeds.

Compared to the 890 Adventure R, it lacks displacement, power, and the longer-travel WP XPLOR suspension. However, it compensates with a lower seat height and a more relaxed overall character.

It is aimed at riders who want a capable adventure bike without the demands of the top-tier models.
