2026 KTM Freeride E

The KTM Freeride E occupies a unique position: a street-legal electric enduro for A1 riders with serious off-road capability. The electric motor delivers 26 hp peak and 37 Nm, combined with a very low weight of just 113 kg.

The 5.5 kWh battery is removable and can be swapped in minutes — a key advantage over most electric motorcycles. WP suspension front and rear provides genuine off-road performance.

Range depends heavily on riding style and terrain, typically between two and three hours. Seat height is high at 910 mm, limiting accessibility.

Compared to the Can-Am Origin, the KTM is lighter and more off-road focused. The Stark Varg EX offers significantly more power, but targets a different segment. The Sur-Ron Storm Bee is closer in concept but less refined overall.
