2026 Mash Five Hundred 400

Despite its somewhat confusing name, the Five Hundred 400 is a simple “just ride” roadster: slim, lightweight, and instantly familiar. The 397 cc single responds cleanly, delivers smooth midrange power, and remains deliberately relaxed—ideal for city riding and short backroad trips.

At 160 kg, it feels agile on turn-in, holds a stable line, and offers predictable braking performance with ABS.

Direct competitors include Royal Enfield HNTR 350, Triumph Speed 400, and Yamaha MT-03. The Royal Enfield is more classic but weaker, the Triumph more powerful and modern but significantly more expensive, and the Yamaha more balanced but less retro.

Within the Mash lineup, it remains a purist, no-frills classic option.
