The new X-Cape 1200 follows a classic adventure layout with 19/17 wheels and a strong 1,187 cc V-twin producing 129 hp. On the road, it feels surprisingly refined: stable under heavy braking, clean cornering behavior, and an engine that delivers strong midrange thrust without becoming aggressive. The large fuel tank and comfortable ergonomics make it a genuine touring machine.

Compared to the BMW R 1300 GS, Ducati Multistrada V4, or Triumph Tiger 1200, it lacks ultimate performance and brand refinement but compensates with a strong feature set: cornering ABS, cruise control, quickshifter, and even blind-spot radar are notable at this price level.

Compared to smaller 900 cc competitors like the Yamaha Tracer 9 or BMW F 900 XR, it offers more displacement and range but feels heavier and less sporty.
