2026 MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RS

The all-new Brutale 1000 RS for 2026 is far more than an unfaired superbike derivative. It combines the fascinating inline-four from the F4 family with a more road-oriented setup while remaining a motorcycle that commands respect. The 998 cc inline-four develops 208 hp and thrills with explosive power delivery, a deep induction sound, and a willingness to rev that is second to none. At the same time, the riding position offers slightly more comfort than the uncompromising RR version without diluting its sporting character.

On winding roads, the Brutale impresses with razor-sharp turn-in, outstanding chassis stability, and braking performance on true superbike level. Standout features include premium craftsmanship, a comprehensive electronics package with IMU, cornering ABS, traction control, launch control, quickshifter, and the striking single-sided swingarm.

Its strengths are the engine, handling precision, and exclusivity. Weaknesses remain the firm ergonomics, high purchase price, and limited long-distance comfort. Its principal competitors include the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S, BMW M1000R, KTM 1390 Super Duke R EVO, and Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory.
