2026 MV Agusta Dragster 800 RR Ottantesimo

As a radical power naked, the Dragster RR Ottantesimo focuses on visual impact and aggressive performance rather than comfort. The Euro 5+ inline triple responds extremely directly, revs eagerly, and thanks to the counter-rotating crankshaft feels surprisingly light when changing direction. The Smart Clutch System (SCS) reduces stress in city traffic via a centrifugal clutch while remaining just as immediate during spirited riding. The aggressive Brembo braking system complements this character, delivering strong stopping power without drama.

Direct competitors include the Triumph Street Triple 765 RX, Ducati Monster SP, and Yamaha MT-09 SP. The Triumph is more accessible and extremely precise but feels more mass-produced. The Ducati offers strong V-twin torque and everyday usability but is less radical. The Yamaha delivers excellent performance for the price but cannot match MV Agusta’s exclusivity.

Compared to the standard Dragster RR, the Ottantesimo stands out primarily through its styling, limited production run (500 units), and collector appeal.
