2026 Piaggio Medley 200

The Medley 200 is Piaggio’s answer for riders who appreciate the Vespa concept but prefer 16-inch wheels and more displacement. Since 2025, the new i-get-4 single with 174 cc, 18 hp, and 17 Nm replaces the previous 150 cc engine — a noticeable upgrade for city and country roads. At 144 kg, the Medley is one of the lightest scooters in its class. Piaggio RISS start-stop system, LED lighting, digital display, and dual-channel ABS are standard.

The 7-liter tank limits range noticeably, and with 18 hp, the Medley 200 is clearly a city scooter — riders who frequently ride two-up or commute on highways will quickly reach its limits. The S version adds smartphone connectivity via Piaggio MIA but costs around €100 more.

Direct competitors include Honda SH 125i and Yamaha NMAX 155, both offering less displacement. The next step within the brand is the Piaggio Beverly 300.
