2026 Piaggio Medley S 200

Technically identical to the base version, the Medley S 200 differs through the standard Piaggio MIA system (smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth for calls, music, and ride information directly on the display) and additional color options. The 174 cc single producing 18 hp and 17 Nm, the slim 144 kg weight, and the 16-inch front wheel make the S version a connected everyday scooter with Italian flair.

Riders who do not need MIA can save around €100 with the base version. The 7-liter tank remains the main limitation — with efficient consumption of 2.6 L/100 km, range reaches around 260 km, which is limited for longer two-up trips.

Riders seeking more displacement and connectivity in one package will find similar concepts in the Honda SH 350i and Yamaha XMAX 300 — both larger, heavier, and more expensive. The next step within Piaggio’s lineup is the Beverly 300 with significantly more performance.
