Direct competitors include the KTM 390 Duke, Triumph Speed 400, and Yamaha MT-03. The KTM is sharper and more aggressive but also rougher. The Triumph feels more refined and classic but costs more. The Yamaha is accessible and solid but lacks punch.

Within the Royal Enfield lineup, the Guerrilla sits above the 350 models in performance and below the Himalayan in off-road capability, clearly focused on road riding.
