2026 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS

The Speed Triple 1200 RS remains Triumph’s sharpest production roadster: 183 hp and 128 Nm meet a firm, highly precise riding character. The distinctive triple responds instantly to throttle input, delivers strong midrange drive, and continues to rev eagerly without becoming harsh. On backroads, it impresses with its composure under hard braking and its precision during turn-in, maintaining stability even during rapid direction changes.

Compared to the Ducati Streetfighter V4, BMW M 1000 R, or KTM 1390 Super Duke R, the Triumph is less brutal in its initial punch but stands out with balanced geometry, strong braking stability, and a wide usable powerband.

Within the Speed Triple family, the RS is the definitive naked flagship. The former RR represented a more radical, faired version, but has since been discontinued and replaced by the RX.
