2026 Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RX

The new Speed Triple 1200 RX is the sharpened flagship of the lineup in 2026, limited to 1,200 units worldwide. The 1160 cc triple with 183 hp and 128 Nm remains the same powerful engine, but the RX raises the bar in riding dynamics. Clip-ons and rear-set footpegs shift more weight onto the front wheel, while the Öhlins steering damper and SmartEC3 suspension increase precision and composure under hard braking. As a result, it feels more stable and direct than the RS in fast corners.

Against the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S, BMW M 1000 R, KTM 1390 Super Duke R Evo, and Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory, the Triumph stands out with its balanced chassis and rev-happy triple character, though it feels less aggressive than the most extreme V4 and V2 rivals.

Compared to the €1,700 cheaper RS, the RX differs mainly through its sportier ergonomics, advanced Öhlins system with electronic steering damper, and premium details such as Akrapovič components and carbon parts.
