2026 Yamaha MT-03

The MT-03 is an uncomplicated entry into the naked-bike world: slim, lightweight, and powered by a twin that really wakes up at higher revs. The 321 cc engine responds cleanly, revs willingly, and remains easy to control—perfect for learning curves and spirited after-work rides. On turn-in, it feels neutral, holds its line cleanly, and the 298 mm single front disc delivers clear, well-modulated braking performance.

Direct competitors include the KTM 390 Duke, Kawasaki Z500, and Triumph Speed 400. The KTM is more explosive but also rougher. The Kawasaki is very accessible and practical, but less focused on rev-happy performance. The Triumph feels extremely light, but lacks top-end punch.

The Yamaha MT-03 stands out with balanced ergonomics and a mature overall package.
