2026 Zero DSR

The Zero DSR positions itself as a versatile adventure enduro for both beginners and experienced riders. With the Z-Force 75-10X motor, it delivers 52 kW peak and 170 Nm in A2 configuration — an impressive figure for the class. The 15.6 kWh battery is fixed and enables up to 249 km range according to the manufacturer; charging is handled via a 6.6 kW onboard charger. A dealer software upgrade unlocks full A-class performance: 60 kW (80 hp) and 195 Nm. Adjustable windscreen and heated grips are standard.

On longer trips, limitations become clear: 6.6 kW charging is modest for a touring motorcycle, and fast charging is only available as a paid upgrade. At 242 kg, the DSR requires careful handling, especially off-road. The target group consists of ambitious A2 riders looking for a powerful electric motorcycle with upgrade potential.

In direct comparison, the Zero DSR sits close to the Zero DS, which offers lower performance at a lighter weight and lower price. The Can-Am Origin competes as a more sport-oriented electric enduro at a similar price level. Above it sits the Zero DSR/X, which targets the full adventure segment with 75 kW and enhanced touring comfort.
